EL Development Pte Ltd started off as a small business unit within one of the Singapore’s leading builder Evan Lim & Co. Pte Ltd. Evan Lim & Co. started off in 1963 as a general contractor in Singapore, the company incorporated as Evan Lim & Co. Pte Ltd since 1980 focusing on residential, commercial, institutional, industrial and also military projects. To date, the company was ranked as one of Singapore’s top contractor with a paid-up capital of S$18 million.
EL Development was setup as a subsidiaries under the company to focus on property development since 2000. The company manage to launched their first high-end residential project, Rhapsody on Mount Elizabeth and sold out the project in six weeks during 2006. EL Development Pte Ltd was incorporated in 2007 as the company property arm as the expansion in real estate development.
Ever since then, EL Development had successfully launched numbers of project including residential, commercial and industrial. The company completed portfolio includes Dunearn Gardens, Pullman Hotel, Nordix, Jurong Food Hub, Eldix, Rosewood Suites, Steven Suites, SkySuites 17, La Fiesta and others.
